Knowsley Community College recently held their annual awards ceremony who award Companies that work in conjunction with the college. Titled the Champion Awards Ceremony and sponsored by Knowsley Associates it was held at the college ‘Expressions’ restaurant with the students providing a fabulous luncheon.  

The ceremony began with the awarding of certificates & trophies for companies who invested time and effort to enhance student learning along with excellent customer service, value for money, knowledge and excellent standards of training.  Companies present included Sterex, Mersey Travel, PFL Jaguar, Knowsley Council, Feltons Construction, Youth Media, Volkswagen, NHS and many more…. 

Representing Sterex at the awards ceremony was Hazel Critchlow, the Manchester Area Trainer for Sterex, who was also delighted to win the raffle for a four course meal at the college restaurant. The main speaker of the event was Marion Thomas, business manager for PFL Jaguar who presented the awards to each company and Sandra Johnston and Melanie Harris who organised and marketed the event.
