Terms and Conditions for Student Workshops regarding inclimate weather conditions
In the event of a last minute cancellation by the college (less than 2 weeks notice)
due to snow , other inclimate weather conditions or any problems experienced at
the colleges involved (e.g. heating, flooding etc) it is Sterex company policy that
their trainers will still be paid their full fee for the day. The subsidised cost
to the college for a student educational day is £75.00 (2010 fees) and the college,
by accepting a Sterex Student Educational Day, agrees by proxy that this fee is
honoured.
Terms and Conditions for Student Workshops regarding Payment
Sterex Student Educational Days are heavily subsidised by Sterex so that payment
is kept to minimal £75 + VAT per College. These prices have stayed static for 2
years and are indicitive of Sterex desire to assist and further the cause of electrolysis
education. However we do respectively request and seek active assistance from the
colleges in that prompt payment is forthcoming. Settlement is required two weeks
prior to commencement of training. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO TRAINING.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED PRIOR TO TRAINING THE COURSE WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE
COLLEGE WILL STILL BE CHARGED. Please note that a purchase order number is required
to enable us to raise a proforma invoice once a date has been agreed.
